Day 1:

We had to be at the train station at 8.30 we took the train to Zwolle and then to Schiphol. When we were at Schiphol we checked in and went on the plain. In the afternoon we were in Italy. We weren’t at the city yet we had to take a train for 2 hours or longer. We arrived very later. When I met her we hat to drive for a half hour to her house. It was a really small house I slept in her brothers bed and her brother slept at her grandma’s. and she lived below them. I unpacked and hat dinner I really liked it it was pasta and chicken.

 

Day 2:

 The morning was in the beginning very weird she was really bad in English so I didn’t really understood her. I was the only one in the house tat hat breakfast. Her mother gave me some lunch. 8.30 p.m. meeting at school and a welcome from the headmistress and the Italian students gave a prestation about there city. It was really bad they just read everything from a paper.

 At . 10.00 we participate a lessons in a class. 10.50 there was a break.at 11.05 creating the groups.  

And the lunch was at12.00. for the lunch we hat 2 hours. At 2.00 p.m. visit the orte historical center it was a very long walk. At 5.30 p.m. back to the family. The dinner was at some house from a Italian boy there was music and pizza. In the evening I wanted to take a shower but it was a really small shower I could stand normal. After the shower I went to bed.

 

Day 3:

 I was still the only wan that had breakfast. We went to school I thought but we went to a really old cute bakery and she gave me some pizza for the lunch. On school we worked on the project.

A break till 10.30 at worked till 12. Than we had lunch after lunch we played with everybody volleyball. 13.30 we went to the city. We got a tour in the underground of Orte. It was very small. The tour took very long. After the tour we sit on this big stairs and they mated course a picture. Just out the came allot of boys with flags. It was very cool to watch. Then we walked back to the school and went home. I almost never speak to Michela. I just sat on my bed. And she kind of said that we left. She count tell me were to go. So I just went with them. We drove to a house. It was the house of a friend and Tess was staying there. Also jelle and anna were there. we had dinner there and watch a football game.

 

Day 4:

We hat to arrive very early because we went to Florene.

At 10.30 a.m. there was a guided visit to the city. It was very boring and took so much time. The such teachers understood us and talked to the Italian people. So now we hat some free time. After the free time we were going to visit a museum. We were split in 2 groups. Again there was tour guide.

after the museum we had a little bit Free time until 5.00 p.m.  we went back by bus. Allot of people went to mc Donald’s but Michela didn’t want to go. We ate and I took a shower and went to bed.

 

Day 5:

I could stay longer in bed. And we went for breakfast to a cute coffeehouse. I had a croissant and some juice. After that we went to the supermarket and I get some chips and pizza again. In the morning we worked on the project. The project was kind of the same as what we did in holland so I was kind of in charge. I told everybody what to look for and they did that. So the collaboration went very good. At 11.45 lunch at school. Around 12.30 we went to the marmore water falls. It was very beautiful but in some way it went raining very hard so everybody went in the cave. But it didn’t stop so we went back to the buss. When we got home I took a shower we hat dinner and aet something. The family didn’t speak English. So they tried but it was very hard. After dinner we went to bed.   

 

Day 6:

In the morning we went to the supermarket and I had some pizza for lunch it was very good. Arrive at school was 8.15 a.m. we went buss to the park of monsters in bomarzo. We just walked around with our teachers. And made some pictures. But that was what the Italian wanted. But we had fun. Around 12.00 a.m. we had lunch at school.at 1.30 p.m. preparing for the presentation in the evening.

Around 4.00 p.m. we return to hosting family. At 7.00 p.m. there was a goodbye party at school included the presentation. I was very scared of the presentation. We had to do it for so much people. It went well I only used my hands a little bit to much with the talking. We danced the rest of the evening and there came a Erasmus cake. We ate from it. And we took again a group picture. We said goodbye to the people we didn’t see the next day. Then we went home.

 

 

Day 7:

Today we went home. I packed my suitcase and she brought me to the train station. We said goodbye to everybody. It was really said allot of people were crying. We landed in holland at 15.00u we hoped we could had the next train but we missed it so we had to wait for the next one. We arrived in hoogeveen at 6.00 pm. It was a great week and a great experience.

The project:

We had to create a tourist packet based on people over 50 years. we let them stay in a hotel and do allot of activities for example going to bullicame and a bike tour.

And in the goodbye party we hat to present the idea.
