Monday:

 

Today, we went to Italy. We had to be at the trainstation at 09.45 am. My parents, sister and grandfather were there to say goodbye. The train was there at 10.05 am. After 2 hours in a full train we were at Schiphol. We had to check in at 12.25 pm. When we checked in we had to wait for a few hours and the teachers gave us some free time. The plain left at 14.25 pm they said. But we had to wait for 30 minutes in the plane. It was my First time to fly. I was very nervous en curious. The flight took about 2 hours. We landed in Rome. After we landed we had to walk for a few minutes to the trainstation. We had to wait there for 30 minutes because the teachers had to buy tickets. The train trip took about 2,5 hours, very long. Finally when we were at the trainstation in Orte I saw everyone again! Fabio was there with his parents and another student from Spain, Marta. They picked me up. When we went at his home I took a shower. afthert hat shower we had a dinner. We ate pasta. After the dinner we went to friends, where I saw Danny.

 

Tuesday:

 

I woke up at 6.30 am. We went to school about 8.15 am. We had to be there at 8.30 am. The director from the school said hello to everybody and he said it was a honor to meet us. After that they made the groups. At 10.00 am me and my economic teacher went to an economic lesson. It was so different. After that lesson we had a break for 15 minutes. After the break we had to work in groups for the presentation. We had a lunch break from 12.30 pm till 13.00 pm. After the break we went to a bus. The bus brought us to a forest. We had a walk, but it was kind intensive. We had to jump, climb and go under branches! It was really nice. after walking in the forest I was a bit tired. When we went back at the bus we also went back to Orto. His mother picked us up. I took a shower and at 20.00 pm we went to a house from someone from the project. We ate pizza there and after the pizza we were dancing the hole night. 

 

Wednesday:

 

Today we had to be at school at 08.30 am. We had to work for a few hours in our groups for the presentation. Then we had a break for 30 minutes and after the break we went back to for working. Round 12.30 am we had a break till 13.30. after the break we were going to sport. We played for one hour volleyball in the gym. Round 14.30 am we went to the city of Orte, where we saw ‘The Underground’. It was the underground of Orte, but I asm very tall and the underground was very low, so that was not very nice. after this, there was a big group of people who showed us a procession. It wasa procession with flags and it was really funny. When the procession was finished, they gave us some ice cream. In the evening we went to someone from the project. We ate there with a lot of people. We also watched Ajax vs Juventus!

 

Thursday:

 

I stood up at 4.30 pm, very early! About 6 am the bus was waiting for us at school. We arrived in Florence at 09.00 am. When we arrived we had to walk to the city. In the city was a guide waiting for us. She was going to give us a tour. The tour took really long and it was really warm, so after 2 hours it was going to start a bit boring. After the tour they gave us free time. We bought some things. We had to be back at 14.45 am, because we were going to see a museum. There was a lot of art in that museum. When we went back in Orte we went with a big group to the McDonalds. After that his father picked us up and we went home.

 

Friday:

 

Because Thursday was a long day we had to be at school at 09.30 am. We had to work in groups for the presentation for a few hours. At 12.30 pm we went by bus to Marmore Falls. A place with a lot of marmore falls. The schedule was to make a long walk alongside the marmore falls. But it started raining very hard so we went back by bus very early. When we went back at Orte, and also went back at home I took a shower. in the evening we had a dinner with all the students in a restaurant. That was really nice.

 

Saturday:

 

We had to be at school at 08.30 am. There was a bus waiting for us. We went by bus to a ‘Park of Monsters’ in Bomarzo. It was a park with a lot of statues. It was really nice to see it. from 12.00 am they gave us free time to do something. We went home and i did a few things. First I took a shower. then we ate pasta. After the dinner i studied for the presentation as much as I could, because I was sick since Thursday. After studying Danny came. We went to a supermarket to buy some typical Italians food. We went back to school about 16.30 am. When alle the families, students and teachers where at school we started with the presentations. After all the presentations, we started eating. All the families made some food. It was really good! After eating we where going to dance with Music. When the party was over almost every student and host where going to a club in the city of Orte. It was really nice and we went back home at 02.00 in the night.

 

Sunday:

 

Sadly, it was the last day L

I had to pack my suitcase in, make myself ready etc. we had to be at the trainstation about 08.00 am. We said goodbye to eachother. At 08.20 am the train arrived, so we had to go. We landed in Holland at 15.00 am. We just missed the train so we had to wait for the next train but it wasn’t a big problem, because all the students wants to go to the Star Bucks. We arrived at 18.00 pm in Hoogeveen.
